We work together with employers, schools, training providers and councils to develop systems and projects that support delivery of quality Apprenticeships that meet the needs of the local economy.

Our Apprenticeships New Anglia Project has three distinct functions that work together to form a cohesive approach to “step up the efforts to promote and support the delivery of high-quality Apprenticeships” as highlighted in the New Anglia Economic Strategy.

Our partners, TrAC, an award winning, registered Apprenticeship Training Agency (ATA) and, The Seckford Foundation who promote and support education in Suffolk will be working with us to deliver this project across New Anglia.

The Compliance & Administration Coordinator is responsible for reporting and ensuring compliance to EU requirements throughout the project and collating outputs and results across the delivery team.


Collate and complete regular progress reports including project outputs and results.

Coordinate the reporting to the Department of Work and Pensions and ensure that electronic transfer of all necessary information takes place within agreed timescales.

Drafting, creating and disseminating employment documents using existing templates. 

Ensure team members are aware of project outputs and results requirements.

Collate results and outputs from team members and managers and report on performance against plan.

Ensure all internal documentation including contractual records are in place by the required time and that they comply with internal and project requirements.

Evaluate all documentation for compliance with policies, practices and standards to meet internal and project requirements.

Prepare and disseminate information to senior management regarding contract status, compliance, and training delivery / needs.

Audit the review process for internal and ATA staff and ensure learning progress is satisfactory and information collected is adequate to meet company and project requirements.

Carry out internal audits of holiday, sick leave apprentice reviews, contract documentation and monitor attendance records highlighting discrepancies and concerns.

Ensure accurate and up to date records are held in electronic format with paper back-ups where necessary and manage time and resources to maximise productivity.

Ensure all reports are sufficiently detailed and accurate to prevent non compliance.

Respond to requests for information from the project board and coordinate delivery partner reporting and compliance.

Monitor compliance with project specific policies and highlight discrepancies and concerns to senior managers.

Support the Business and Finance Manager to manage and facilitate payroll and expense claims for TrAC and MNL staff and to deputise in their absence.

To assist with monthly invoicing and reporting requirements and credit control.

Supporting the Project Manager with diary management and personal safety requirements for Apprenticeship Mentors

Auditing and monitoring online records across multiple platforms

Providing feedback on IT issues identified to the Business and Finance Manager

The Apprenticeships New Anglia project is funded by the European Social Fund. This post will be based at Scottow Enterprise Park, but occasional travel to other locations may be required.

Hours of work are 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, however there maybe occasional need for work outside these hours.

This role provides support to the Senior Management Team including the Directors,  Project Manager and Busines and  Finance Manager.
