What will the apprentice be doing on site
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the internationally known Broom Boats Crew working on their Luxury holiday fleet in a hospitality and housekeeping Apprenticeship and progressing into a supervisory role.
You will be involved in the housekeeping and interior cleaning of Luxury Holiday Yacht accommodation to the high standards required. Delivering exceptional customer service standards with integrity and professionalism, once learned, you will progress into helping to supervise a team of housekeeping staff, organising rotas and allocating tasks.

The successful candidate's role will include:
Preparing the Hire Fleet to the standards as directed to the highest of quality standards.
Working flexibly to meet timescales.
Ensuring the customer experience is of the highest quality.
Deputy management of Boating Holidays booking process.
Adhering to Health & Safety requirements.
Supporting the delivery of services.
Coordinating with other departments to facilitate completion of all tasks.

Qualifications Required
GCSE grade D/3 in Maths and English or equivalent qualifications
Work Week:
Monday to Friday, some weekends with time in lieu. Up to 40 hours per week
Wages:
rate of pay is above apprentice minimum. Apprentice can expect to earn approx £200 per week in their first year based on £5 per hour for 40 hours.
