What will the apprentice be doing on site
Quantity Surveying Technician (predominantly office based) Based in King’s Lynn.
This is a construction, administration, project management and finance role, not a trade role.
The role would suit an administrator with some construction knowledge who can utilise office based skills such as word processing, costings and data entry into spreadsheets and the handling of corresponding documentation for the following tasks.

£236 per week
Are there restrictions
The successful applicant will need to have passed the CSCS operative test. TrAC will purchase the relevant card for the successful applicant.

What sort of candidate are you looking for
Some experience in construction or administration would be desirable.
experience in admin, finance or project management.
good communication skills, both verbal and written.

The essential qualities that we look for in an apprentice are; good time keeping, strong written and verbal communication skills, IT literate, Mathematical ability.
Desirable qualities
MS Office based experience with word but particularly Excel. some construction knowledge.
Qualifications Required
GCSE grade 4/C in maths and English or functional skills level 2
any additional learning at level 3
