What will the apprentice be doing on site
Based in King’s Lynn and working throughout the UK, this company has a well-deserved and long-standing reputation as providers of quality services, delivering the perfect finish for walls, floors and ceilings projects across the commercial, domestic, residential, care, health, education sectors as well as many others.
The apprentice will be given the opportunity to experience the main construction disciplines that they operate; Quantity Surveying, Site, Project, and Design Management; but will also provide an opportunity to gain an insight into pre-construction and aftercare, depending on the progress of upcoming projects.

£236 per week
Are there restrictions
The successful applicant will need to have passed the CSCS operative test. TrAC will purchase the relevant card for the successful applicant.
What sort of candidate are you looking for
Some experience in construction or administration would be desirable but is not essential.
Essential qualities
The essential qualities that we look for in an appentice are; good time keeping, strong written and verbal communciation skills and IT literate.
This is a construction management role and not a trade role.

GCSE grade 4/C in maths and English or functional skills level 2
